The Sophie Lea Academy is non refundable + non transferable.

What you receive:
1. Once you have paid the Academy Fee itemised in Clause 1 below you are entitled to:
 One (1) Online Course to be completed over a twelve (12) month period; plus
 Fortnightly check-in calls for a period of six (6) months; plus
 Access to the Academy Community Forum titled Facebook; plus
 Access to recorded content for twelve (12) months.

Our Guarantee:

2. We stand by the content of our course and our support mechanisms. If you are dissatisfied
then provided you make a formal written request within the first Seven (7) days of
commencing the course, you will receive a full refund. Requests for refunds outside the 7
day period will not be accepted.

What you CANNOT do:
3. The content of our course is 100% copyright to the Sophie Lea Academy. All content is the
property of the Sophie Lea Academy and without our express prior written permission may
not be copied, sampled, communicated or published to another party, downloaded to any
device, or shared in any manner whatsoever on social media outside of Facebook. Any
breach of this provision by you will entitle the Academy to take legal action against you for
an injunction, damages and costs.

What you must pay:

4. The total fee for the benefits detailed in Clause 1 is $2,499.00. The fee can be paid by:
 Credit Card payment 

CODE OF CONDUCT

Access to the Sophie Lea Academy can be terminated without refund for any poor behaviour.
